Whiter teeth can take years off your appearance. Although teeth themselves whiten well; any fillings or crowns will remain the same colour and may need replacing to match the new lighter colour of your teeth. The Harman Dental Clinic offers no less than four methods of tooth whitening and we will advise you of the most suitable solution through consultations

Teeth Whitening Method 1: Smilestrips

These are thin, flexible clear strips that are coated with a tooth whitening gel are designed to mould to your teeth. The strips are transparent and less bulky than trays. They do not affect your speech allowing you to whiten on the go. After using the strips for 3 days you will start to notice your teeth become lighter. After 14 days using the strips you will have whiter teeth. Your results will depend on many factors such as the nature of the teeth stains.

Teeth Whitening Method 2: Professional Tray Whitening

A whitening gel is placed in a custom made thin transparent guard, which is worn for 14 one-hour sessions. Your upper and lower teeth can be treated together. Once the trays have been custom made we invite you back to the clinic and demonstrate exactly how to use the trays and gel for the best results. The most common result is for your teeth to change at least six shades using this system.

Teeth Whitening Method 3: Instant Power Whitening

Would you like your teeth to be whitened in your lunch break? Would you prefer to swap a workout for whiter teeth?

At The Harman Clinic we can do that for you. In just 1 hour we can whiten your teeth by at least 6 shades!

You would need to use the professional tray whitening system afterwards for a few consecutive days to ensure your new tooth colour remains – and you can try and go whiter if you would like to!

Teeth Whitening Method 4: Enlighten Professional whitening

This is the ultimate in tooth whitening. It involves a strict regime of 14 consecutive nights of home whitening followed immediately by enlighten Instant clinic based whitening for? "" minutes.
