Oliver Harman BDS LDS RCS

Oliver qualified from the Royal Dental Hospital, London in 1983. He has extensive experience in all aspects of general practice and owned a successful private practice in Chesham Buckinghamshire until 2001. He is currently lead dentist for Dentics Cosmetic Dental Studio (part of Oasis Healthcare ltd) and owner of The Harman Dental Clinic in Tunbridge Wells. He is also working with Dr Mark Cronshaw the Uk’s top UK laser dentist on clinical attachment in the Isle of Wight.

He was a member of the Oasis Healthcare PLC Clinical Board (2005-2007) and is now a member of the Oasis Healthcare Ltd Clinical forum

His cosmetic dental work can be seen on a dozen episodes of Living TV’s Extreme Makeover UK, more than any other dentist. He regularly writes and lectures on cosmetic and laser dentistry.

Oliver was one of the first four UK dentists to achieve BACD accreditation (The British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry) in 2007. He is also a member of the AACD (The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry) and passed the Accreditation written exam in New Orleans in 2008. He is on both the BACD Credentialing Examining Panel and the Public Relations Committee. In addition he is Denplan 2008 Excel accredited.

In between his busy professional life he spends time with his partner Fiona and the four teenage children they have between them. He enjoys tennis, golf, walking, house renovation and gardening.

Fiona Chester

Oliver's partner Fiona is no stranger to Tunbridge Wells having grown up in Wateringbury. She was educated at Mayfield the same school her daughter now attends and her son is currently sitting GCSEs at Tonbridge School. Fiona trained and qualified as a journalist with The Kent Messenger Group working all over the County. She went on to work in property after her children were born and only became involved in dentistry after meeting Oliver. As well as projecting managing the renovation of The Harman Dental Clinic and helping to set up and run the business Fiona works alongside Oliver as his nurse.

Elaine de Lange

Elaine has finished her Bachelor's degree with speciality in marketing, business management and tourism management. She has since been a practice/business manager for the last 5 years but has also managed to do her dental nursing qualification and practical experience whilst working. Whilst working as a practice/business manager she helped successfully convert an NHS practice into a successful private practice. Elaine does like a challenge and is currently studying management accounting (CIMA) as she finds businesses management, processes accounting and customer relations intriguing. If she is not working or studying she loves sports, the outdoors and spending time with close friends and family.
